In the special, Kermit the Frog and Lindy, a young boy who wants to learn about things that go, explore different varieties of vehicles, including a race car, a tractor, a rollercoaster, a bicycle, and several types of trucks. Aníbal is a millionaire, knowing that he is going to die, invites a group of relatives and friends to stay at his luxury hotel. They are all linked to a mystery of their past. She cannot live with the fact that anyone can now have a child from her simple-minded husband. To implement her plan, she contacts the monastery under the guise of sister Teresa, a famous cracker of safes. The third accomplice is a Russian champion in skydiving. Later they are joined by a Japanese karateka and an Italian prostitute.

Kermit the Frog throws a glamorous party at the Cocoanut Grove nightclub to celebrate the premiere of the Muppets' first feature film, The Muppet Movie. Hosts Dick van Dyke and Rita Moreno interview the wide array of celebrities and Muppets who attend the event.
